Shipping And Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
- Our address is Lyefpods Ecosystems Pvt. Ltd.Flat 2A, Building 3A, Bipin Pal Road, Kolkata 700026.
- We deliver all over India from one shipping address.
- Free shipping on orders above INR 700. For orders below INR 700, the shipping charge is flat INR 100.
- The order will be delivered with 3-4 days all over India.
- For bulk orders (50 pieces and above). Do contact us at [email protected].
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund, Replacement & Cancellation:
I received a damaged product
If you think, you have received the Plants / Pots in a bad condition, please take a picture of the damaged product and email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. Also please send us the product back to our shipping address mentioned above. We will refund you the whole amount so that you have the liberty to/not to purchase again. Apart from condition mentioned above, the following Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Products/Items that have been used.
- Damages due to misuse of a product.
- If the product is a perishable item (e.g., plant, bulbs).
- Products with evidence of having been tampered upon.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories (if any) along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
- It is advised that the return package should be well packaged so that there is no damage to goods in transit.
- If any plant or products are damaged post-delivery it shall not be accepted for return.
I want to cancel my order
- If you cancel your order before your Plants / Products has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded to your original mode of payment or to your Lyfepods account.
- If you cancel the order after it has been shipped or on its way to be delivered, you have to return the product to us at our shipping address mentioned above. After receiving the product intact, we will be able to refund the money within 7 working days either to your original mode of payment or to your Lyfepods account.
How many days will it take for the refund?
- Deducted amount will be returned within 7 working days to your original mode of payment. The actual crediting of the refund amount will depend on the bank’s/payment mode’s processing times.
- You can claim the refund for loss in transit if the ordered product(s) has not been delivered at the shipping address within 15 working days of shipping the order. Such claims will be verified by Lyfepods team and only upon establishing the veracity of the claim the amount will be refunded to the buyer. No claims by the buyer will be entertained as loss-in-transit if there is evidence of delivery to the shipping address or if there was no person available to receive the shipment when the delivery of the order was attempted.
- We will not be responsible for any delay / non-delivery of the order by the vendors or because of flood, fire, wars, the act of God or for any reason that is beyond our control. For such orders, a complete refund will be provided.
